Return & Exchange

**Returns Policy:**

All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit (minus the restocking fee and shipping charges) within 10 days from the invoice date. System Music Warehouse will accept returns for defective goods ordered from us within 10 days of receipt for exchange only.

All returns must include all associated packaging and materials, such as accessories, manuals, wires, etc. Merchandise that is not returned in brand-new condition—this includes any damages, signs of abuse, marks, or wear, as well as missing packaging or accessories—may be rejected and will incur additional charges. Please note that shipping and handling charges (for both delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees associated with free shipping promotions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any items that are packaged with software, including DJ controllers, audio interfaces, etc., must be returned with the original software disc, including the serial number and proof of deactivation.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: customized items, special orders, used products, clearance items, expendable items, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, tape, needles, cleaner kits, effect fluids or juices, software, gels, and music. These products are considered final sale.

For hygienic reasons, returns or exchanges for headphones and microphones will only be accepted if they are in factory-sealed packaging.

All returns must be authorized in advance. Documentation will be sent to you via email. Your Return Authorization (RMA) form must be included in the box, and your RMA number should be visible on the waybill/packaging. Returned items that do not have prior approval or lack proper documentation may be rejected.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
