Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

In-stock orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Out-of-stock orders are shipped once the item(s) is back in stock. We will send you a notice once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number. 
 All items ship from our store located in Pickering Ontario. We also offer pick up for local orders placed online.  Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notification. All orders may be picked up Monday to Friday 11:00am – 6:00pm. Unfortunately we are not able to release any orders for pick up without proper identification, including photo ID and the credit card used to place the order.
